Areas of Focus

My Approach

My approach is warm, empathic, and fully present.  I believe that healing happens within safe relationships and that the therapy relationship is most healing when it’s humanized.

In working together, I hope to provide a secure and liberating space where you can explore your most vulnerable experiences, emerging from the process feeling more connected, authentic, and whole. I do this through collaboration and curiosity, bringing soft awareness to social constructs that impact well-being, gently guiding you through experiential exercises, and holding space for quiet reflection and restorative laughter.

As someone with ADHD, I have a particular interest in working with late-diagnosed women with ADHD as well as Autism.

On A Personal Note

I live in Muskoka, Ontario on the traditional territory of the Anishinabek and Mississauga Nations with my partner, two cats (Indy & Pekoe), and one dog (Gemma). Living close to nature is one of the ways I tend to and care for myself.

I love singing and going for long scenic drives to nowhere. Curling up with a great book and a cup of tea on a snowy or rainy day is one of my favourite ways to spend time.

I’m a Libra and an introvert. I’m learning to read Tarot. And I’m learning to embrace a slow living, anti-perfectionist approach to life and work.
