My Approach
From anxious to calm, afraid to brave, confused to clear, and melancholy to hopeful, I’m here to truly support and inspire you toward progress and healing. My goal is to help the individuals I work with identify the stories that keep them stuck, shift perspectives so they can experience new states of being, and lean into more preferred stories that highlight their strengths, resources, and genuine intentions.
I value present-moment connection, collaboration, and curiosity. I offer a safe, compassionate space for those seeking therapy to embrace mindful self-awareness, reflection, and self-acceptance. I’m drawn to the personal and collective growth that can arise from a therapeutic relationship and appreciate the need for authenticity, trust, and mutual understanding. My style is eclectic, meaning I utilize many therapeutic modalities and strive to meet people where they are, adapting my approach to suit their unique needs, goals, and preferences. I’m here to offer a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to honestly connect with yourself and create meaningful change in your life as you are ready.
On A Personal Note
A therapist's sense of self is their most valuable tool and I’m committed to my personal development. I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts, exercising, and being outside in Mother Nature. My self-care practices also include spending time with loved ones, motorcycle rides, expressing creativity through macrame, spiritual connection, and listening to vinyl records.
