Virtual Practicum Placements
I’ve had the honour of supporting 20+ Master’s Level Therapists-in-Training during their practicum placements, as both a Clinical Supervisor and On-Site Practicum Coordinator. The most important thing to me during your practicum placement is to provide a safe, trusting space for you to discover who you are and who you want to become as a new therapist.
My approach to supervision is human-centered, systemic, trauma-informed, and flexible, integrating several therapeutic perspectives, such as: Emotion Focused Therapy (Individual & Couple), Dialogic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Practices.
One and two year associate contracts are possible following your practicum placement. During this time, I can provide you with private practice mentorship and opportunities for clinical supervision.

Low-Cost Therapy for Students
During the month of February, students residing anywhere in Ontario can get four one-hour therapy sessions for $40 total. Sessions are conducted by a therapist intern under the supervision of Corinne Carter. Click the button below to learn more and get started with a free 30-minute meet and greet!
