My Approach
My approach to therapy can be described as holistic and client-centred. I look at each person as a whole, while viewing clients as the experts in their own lives; offering a unique and intuitive perspective. I hope to provide a safe and empowering space to curiously explore one's experiences and process challenges by conveying support, trust, respect, open-mindedness, and empathy. Through the therapeutic process, I strive to help you to uncover your own resiliency and inner strength to see your way through whatever difficulties you may be facing.
On A Personal Note
I enjoy staying active, whether that be independent training, group fitness, or hike in the woods. Spending time outdoors, exploring and discovering, is where I find joy and relaxation. I've always loved to read, now gravitating toward sappy romance novels and am continuing my own journey of self-discovery as I learn to balance my career, motherhood, and self-care.
