Donna Robinson, MACP
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | Associate
In remembrance of a beloved friend, colleague, and therapist who passed away on May 30, 2023.
When Corinne and Donna first met, they instantly “clicked”; it felt like the universe had aligned for them to be in each other’s lives, at a time when both were cultivating new beginnings!
Donna will always be remembered as a passionate life-long learner who was so excited to fulfill her dream of becoming a therapist. She was kind, courageous, exuberant, determined, and much more. We’re forever grateful for the time we shared with her. She was a valued member of our team at Corinne Carter Therapy, and her impact and presence continues to live on in the work that we do.
Shortly before she passed away, Donna graduated with distinction from the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University.
We miss you, Donna.

My Approach
Hello! My name is Donna. I use an integrative and collaborative approach to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to navigate your concerns in therapy. I see the therapeutic relationship as a “partnership”; while working in our partnership, it’s important to me that you feel comfortable and empowered in order to build trust with one another and process healing. Honouring that you’re the expert in your own life and providing an authentic framework, we’ll create a plan together that’s suited for your specific hopes and needs.
Growth and development are part of a life long journey. With a natural compassion and curiosity that guides my work, I hope to create a space in our sessions for you to develop a comfort with sharing the parts of yourself and your story that might not be easy to share, and experience being fully seen and heard in your vulnerability.
On A Personal Note
I live in beautiful Simcoe County and love spending time with family and friends making memories. Self-care is an important component for me; being able to explore my artistic side through painting and connecting to nature supports care and fulfillment in my life.
